Coulters Celebrate 98th Annual Family Reunion Descendants of the late Mary Wilhelmina (Doms) and David Charles Coulter, Sr. celebrated their 98th Annual Family Reunion on Sunday, Aug. 6, at Sterr Park in Lomira with 69 people attending. Special guest was Salem United Church of Christ at Wayne’s Pastor Ruth Hansen who said Grace before potluck lunch. Salem at Wayne is the Coulter family
