Linda Marie Troeller, 69 of Hartford, passed away Sunday, Jan. 16, 2022, at the Aurora Medical Center-Hartford.
Linda was born June 14, 1952, in Hartford, to Lucille R. (Christian) and Erwin R. Troeller.
She lived on dairy farm near Rubicon from 1952 to 1966 and moved to Hartford in 1966 with her family. She attended Hartford High School, where she enjoyed cheerleading. She graduated class of 1970.
She was united in marriage to Joseph Weber in Hartford, and they resided in Jackson, Mississippi as well in Marietta, Georgia. Joe preceded her in death and ultimately Linda moved back home to Hartford, and worked at Hardee’s in town for a couple of years. She spent much of her adult life trying to recover from a horrific car accident that occurred in Jackson, MS.
Linda found love again and was united in marriage to Gregory L. Gnerlich. She will be fondly remembered by her love of butterflies, constructing center pieces and decorations, and the pride she had in her beautiful penmanship.
Linda is survived by her loving brothers, Stanley E. (Mariann) Troeller of Oceanview, Hawaii and Charles W. (Marlene “Becky”) Troeller of East Saint Paul, Manitoba Canada; dear nephews, Ryan C. (also Linda’s Godson), Adam J., and Luke E. Troeller. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Erwin R. and Lucille R. Troeller; sister, Carol Jean Troeller; and husbands, Joe Weber and Gregory L. Gnerlich.
Linda loved her mother dearly and they were very close throughout their lives, her inurnment will take place privately at Pleasant Hill Cemetery where she will be placed near her mother, on her parents plots.
Linda’s family will coordinate a celebration of her life, Summer 2022.
