City Officials And Residents Brainstorm Solutions For Safer Horicon Streets MITCHELL BRADLEY KELLER The City of Horicon’s Public Safety Committee met at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at the Public Safety Building. Nearly the entire meeting served as a discussion with concerned Horicon citizens requesting action to make city streets, specifically Lake Street, safer for pedestrians and motorists.
