One of the Ten Commandments God gave to Moses was: “Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your God is giving you.” (Exodus 20:12) This week we’re honoring fathers. We all have a father, whether he is living or deceased; known or unknown; nearby or afar; close in relationship or estranged.
