The ordinance has certain restrictions, such as ATVs must have headlights and seatbelts. The ordinances do not apply to all roads. Once an ordinance is passed, ATVs are allowed on town roads unless marked otherwise.

Gracelynn went to the fair with her best friend, 5-year-old Ameliana Williams. The two girls’ moms, Ashley Begg and Amy Williams, who also are best friends, could not think of a better surprise.
