Horicon Fundraising for New Mascot Costume CLARICE CASE EDITOR Horicon Athletic Director Mike LeBouton is in the process of creating a new Marshman mascot costume. The total cost is $9,800, and thanks to donations from the Parent Teacher Organization and the family of Ken Byers, which were recognized during the Board of Education meeting on Monday, March 18, $7,000 has been raised.
