WELL REPAIR from page 1 Well 2 has not been usable for years except in emergencies. Currently, Well 1 provides all of the village water. Well 2’s repairs were quoted to cost $140,440 and will return the well to a usable state, allowing the completion of future work on Well 1 if needed. “We can use [Well 2] for backup, and if there are repairs on well number one that will allow us
