Do you need a safe place to complete the transaction you made with a stranger online? The Kewaskum Police Department now has a Safe Exchange Zone in front of the department building in Kewaskum. A sign has been put up in front of the building and a video camera is there recording at all times. Police Chief Tom Bishop said anyone is also welcome
